The English Day
Today we celebrate the "English Day" in the school. We dedicate the day to USA. We are learning many things about: the culture, history, geography, company uses, forms of life, cook, people, ... Also on his literature. We have done a selection of some of his literary authors with our favorite appointments of their works: HARPER LEE To kill a mokingbird. "You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view... until you climb into his skin and walk around in it." GEORGE ORWELL Animal Farm. "All animals are equal, but some are more equal than others." CHARLES DICKENS Mark Twain. " A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read." LOUISA MAY ALCOTT Little Women. "If we are all alive ten years hence, let's meet, and see how many of us have got our wishes, or how much nearer we are then than now".
